Workers are generated every second. As you produce more of the primary resources (buds, extracts, munchies) you will notice worker icons appear over each Production Building (Greenhouse, Lab, Bakery). Collect these to increase the number of workers you're generating.

Completing shipments in the train depot also permenantly increases your workers production per second, and is not reset on level up.

You can also boost workers through:

- Certain Investments

- Certain Upgrades (Building Upgrades and Global Upgrades)

- Upgrading your production lines so you produce more Buds, Extracts, or Munchies

You can view your current worker production by clicking the worker total at the top of the screen.
