If you would like to transfer your progress to a new device please contact support.

To speed up the transfer please include your Player ID (looks like 69A27443EC7B0813) from both your old device and your new device.

When requesting a transfer please include the ID's like this:

OLD ID (Account I want to transfer): 69A27443EC7B0813

NEW ID (Account I am on now): 33B27433EQ780813

During the loading screen its visible in the bottom left you can tap this to copy it. In-game, you can go to the Settings screen by clicking the Gear icon in the top right and your player ID will be visible towards the bottom. Tapping on the player ID in the settings screen will Copy it to your clipboard so you can easily paste it.
