Long load times can be the result of the model of device being used to play, the stability of the wireless internet connection, or the current demand on the Hempire server itself.

For our part, we are continuously working on improvements to the server to help with load times, and you may notice less delays over time. For players running into consistent issues, it is recommended to clear your device's cache and restart your device, as this will sometimes improve load times as well.
