If Hempire is requiring an update to play, there are a few steps you can try to make sure you get the update and can continue playing:
  1. Ensure you have at least a few GB of free space on your device. Even if you have enough for the update, device's need a reserve of free space to function properly.
  2. Look up Hempire directly in the app store on your device (it doesn't always appear from the in-game redirect).
  3. Try restarting your device and logging out and then back into your app store account.
  4. If you still can't see the update at this point, then please contact our Support team for further directions.
