If Hempire is requiring an update to play, there are a few steps you can try to make sure you get the update and can continue playing:
- Ensure you have at least a few GB of free space on your device. Even if you have enough for the update, device's need a reserve of free space to function properly.
- Look up Hempire directly in the app store on your device (it doesn't always appear from the in-game redirect).
- Try restarting your device and logging out and then back into your app store account.
- If you still can't see the update at this point, then please contact our Support team for further directions.
