If you don’t receive your items right away after making a purchase then please exit the game and log back in to create a fresh connection with the server, and your items may appear upon re-entering!
 
In some cases transactions can take up to 24 hours to process if the server is particularly busy. If you are experiencing frequent delays then performing any or all of the following steps may help clear it up for you:
  • Logging out of and back into your app store account
  • Updating your device
  • Restarting your device
  • Clearing your device cache
  • Connecting to WiFi if you are using a mobile data connection
If you have not received your items after 24 hours then please contact Support with the name and date of the purchase you made, and the e-mail receipt if possible, and we will do our best to assist you!
