We offer optional in-app purchases to help speed things along or add your own flair to your Hempire!
There are two places you can make in-app purchases. You can tap on the limited-time bundle offer, which usually contains city decorations and items.
We keep those bundles in this shopping bag full of diamonds, so you don’t have to decide right away!
You can also make purchases here, in the Pawn Shop!
What if I want to use a different credit card?
Hempire works with the default credit card within the app store. If you change your default credit card, Hempire will automatically use the new credit card.
What if my purchase doesn’t arrive immediately?
Purchases can take up to 24 hours to be processed, and arrive in the game. Usually it’s much faster than that! If you don’t receive your items, please reach out to our support team (it never hurts to send them a screenshot of your receipt!) and they’ll investigate on your behalf!
What if I want a refund?
For purchases of currencies or bundles:
- The refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase.
- The currencies, items, and any other resources must remain unspent on your account.
For purchases of VIP:
- The refund request must be made within 48 hours of the purchase.
If you use an Apple Device, you need to reach out to Apple support. To ensure Apple is protecting your privacy best, they insist upon handling refunds themselves. We are unfortunately not granted the ability to do so on our end.
If you use any other device, you should get in touch with our support team, and they will do all they can to assist you!
Cancelling a VIP Subscription
You can cancel the subscription on your own through your app store. You should be able to do this by managing your subscriptions (go to your profile located in the top-right corner in your storefront and you should see the subscriptions menu there). When you do so, your VIP membership will still last for the period you paid for, but it will end once it's set to expire.
