Save

If you're connected to the internet, your Hempire game will automatically save to the device you use to play.
 
If you switch devices, get a new device to play with, or uninstall/reinstall Hempire, your progress may be lost. The best way to prevent this is to connect your device to a Facebook or Apple account with your current game running.  
 
*If you encounter problems transferring on your own, please send a message to support for assistance.
 
If you connect a new account to Facebook or your Apple account, you will be given the option to restore your old account. Alternatively, you can also save a copy of your Hempire ID in the Settings menu or in the lower right corner of the loading screen (as shown below).

Restore

In the event that your game progress is lost, there are several ways we can help you recover your game!
 
Facebook
As mentioned above, if you connected to a Facebook account in your previous playthrough, you can connect to the same Facebook account in your current game and a popup should appear asking you to choose which one saved progress you want to use . Please read them carefully and choose the appropriate one.

Apple
With update 2.15.0, players can link their progress to their Apple account:
 
Account progress is saved to your Apple account that you connect to in-game. If you're transferring progress between iOS devices and connected to an Apple account on your previous playthrough, a popup should appear asking you to choose between keeping server progress or local progress. Please read them carefully and select the appropriate progression that you wish to restore your account to, otherwise you will lose the progression that you have not selected.
 
Google Play
Account progress is saved to your Google account, which you connect to in-game. If you're transferring progress between Android devices and connected to a Google account on your previous playthrough, a popup should appear asking you to choose between keeping server progress or local progress. Please read them carefully and select the appropriate progression that you wish to restore your account to, otherwise you will lose the progression that you have not selected. 
 
Hempire Device ID
If you have the Hempire Device ID from your previous Hempire account, please contact our support team. We can then manually transfer the progress to your new Hempire account. You can contact in-game support by going to Settings - Support - then the letter icon in the top right corner or by emailing support@lbcstudios.ca
 

Finding Your Account

If for some reason you don't have access to the old Hempire Device ID and none of the other recovery options apply to you, we can attempt a manual lookup for your account. We need as much of the following information as you can provide:
  • Do you remember your in-game username?
  • What are the names of your previous Hempire Cup strains?
  • Are you currently employed in a company? If yes, what is it called?
  • What device model did you use with this account?
  • What level were you at? (if an estimate helps)
  • Approximately when was the last time you accessed this account?
  • Have you made any in-app purchases? If yes, please provide the last date of the transaction.
*We are optimistic that we can find old game data. However, please note that this is not always possible. Regardless of the outcome, we'll do everything we can to help you play Hempire again!
