To reset your game and start over from the beginning you can send in a request to our Support team by selecting the message icon in the top-right corner of this help page.

Please note that an account reset means that your level, items, and all forms of progress will be erased, including any in-game purchases made. If you are certain of this request then please include in your message to Support a confirmation that you have read the FAQ and understand what is involved in an account reset.

Alternatively, if you are stuck in the game you can contact Support with the details about your issue instead and they may be able to assist you in getting your game back on track.
