Contacting us from In-Game

We recommend you check out our FAQ to see if there’s an answer for your questions! If you still wish to reach us after that, here’s how!
If you can, take screenshots or screen capture video of the issue you're running into.
  1. Go to  Settings > Support > Tap on the Letter Icon in the top-right corner (You can also tap on the question mark "?" icon at the top-right corner of the loading screen when starting the game).
  2. Tell our dedicated Support team what you need help with in as much detail as possible. (Each time they have to ask for more info, your ticket gets reset to the start of the queue, so more info helps them help ya out ASAP!)
  3. If you receive an automated message in response, then your message has been successfully received! If you did not, you may want to send us an e-mail instead (see below).
  4. Give our Support folks up to 48 hours to respond to your ticket!
  5. Roll a blunt while waiting and know that we love ya!
