How high can you grow? The Sky High Derby is a community competitive event where you team up with other players to grow the most massive cannabis plant the world has ever seen! You’ll be assigned to one of four teams—Skyscraper Skunk, Lumber Jack, Redwood Haze, or Northern Heights—to compete for glory and special team prizes.
How do I participate?
Once you reach Level 12, you are eligible to join the Derby. When the event begins, you will be automatically assigned to a team. You can find the event location at the top of your city map or by tapping the Sky High Derby HUD button.
How do I make my team's plant grow?
Growth is a team effort! You can increase your plant’s height through two main actions:
Watering: You can water the plant for free every 5 minutes.
Fertilizing: Use Speed Gro, a special event-exclusive fertilizer, to give your plant a massive growth boost.
What is Speed Gro and how do I get it?
Speed Gro is a powerful fertilizer designed specifically for the Sky High Derby. You can acquire Speed Gro by completing Visiting Deals with Duke, where he’ll trade it for various items, including your extra Hempire Cup buds and standard fertilizer.
NOTE: Speed Gro cannot be used on your normal greenhouse plants and is only available during the event.
What rewards can I win?
There are two ways to earn rewards during the Derby:
Milestone Rewards: As your team’s plant reaches specific height thresholds, you’ll unlock milestone prizes like Cash, Gems, Keys, Mutagen, and Legendary Buds.
Leaderboard Rewards: At the end of the event, teams are ranked by their final plant height. Depending on your team's placement, you can win exclusive cosmetic items to show off in your enterprise, such as Gold, Silver, or Bronze Pot Plant Statues.
How do I collect my prizes?
Milestone rewards can be claimed directly from the event screen as soon as they are unlocked. If you forget to claim them before the event ends, don't worry—they will be sent to your in-game Newsstand! Leaderboard rewards are also delivered via Newsstand once the final results are tallied.
Can I see how the other teams are doing?
Absolutely! The event screen displays all four team plants side-by-side so you can see scores and growth progress.
