Why is the game not available for certain devices?
Due to issues with the game excessively crashing on certain device types, we are unable to offer Hempire for them in the Google Play Store. This means if the game is uninstalled or force updated for those affected, you will no longer be able to play the game on that device model.**
**If you already have the game on your device, you can still see Hempire in the app store, but you won't be able to download any future updates.
What if I want to continue playing Hempire?
If you wish to continue playing on a new device (that is still compatible with our game), we recommend you follow our account transfer procedures as soon as possible or contact our support team for assistance!

Will this change ever be reversed?
