As of Update 2.24.0, Android users will now be seeing TapJoy offers instead of the previous ironSource Offerwall. Switching over to the new update means you may lose your previous progress, so please make sure to finish any offers before getting the new update so you don't lose your deals!

❓WHAT IS “TAPJOY”, AND HOW DO I FIND IT?❓

You can earn free Diamonds by completing 3rd party offers! To find offers, go to your “Pawn Shop”  and tap on the tablet to the left of the TV.

(The Tapjoy Offerwall is currently unavailable on versions of Hempire downloaded from the Amazon Appstore or Huawei App Gallery).

If for any reason you are having difficulties locating the Offerwall, or it is not launching correctly, please contact our Support team in-game via the Settings menu.

 

❓I’VE ATTEMPTED TO DO AN OFFER, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE MY DIAMONDS!❓

Please note the following when troubleshooting offerwall rewards:

  • You must have navigated to the offer from within the Hempire offerwall. Doing so outside of the app will not result in a credit, even if all requirements are met.

  • All requirements for each offer must be met entirely. Premature uninstallations or cancellations will cause the offer to not credit properly.

  • If you have played the offer's game before, whether casually or from the offerwall of another app, then the offer will not provide rewards for it even if you are installing it again fresh.

  • Please use a strong-stable WiFi to avoid any device communication issues.

  • The advertiser for each respective offer sets the offer rules and requirements and determines offer eligibility and completion.

If you believe you have met all requirements for an offer, but it has not awarded you any Diamonds yet, please wait at least 48 hours unless the offer specifically mentions a different timeline until the reward is received.

 

You can check your offer status by tapping the menu icon on the top-left side of your TapJoy screen and tap on “Reward Status” to see which tab your offer is located in: “ongoing”, “rewarded”, or “expired”.

 

 

 

 

❓MY OFFER SAYS “ONGOING”, ”REWARDED”, OR "EXPIRED" AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY DIAMONDS!❓

Offers are credited based on approval by the 3rd party provider. While an offer is “Ongoing”, it may or may not be approved based on whether the provider indicates all requirements have been met.

As an example, if an offer is a 30 day trial, it may not be credited for several days, or at all if it’s canceled instantly.

If an offer has been marked as “Expired”, it usually indicates that requirements were not met, or that a duplicate submission was detected.

 

After the offer has been completed/expired, try relaunching Hempire as sometimes rewards are delayed or require a relaunch to trigger.

 

If you’re experiencing troubles with your offer(s), please contact the TapJoy Customer support team by tapping the hamburger menu icon on the top-left hand corner of the main screen and selecting the “Help & Support” tab. You can also tap directly on your offer details, and there will be an option to request support at the bottom of the screen:

  • The name of the offer that you had difficulties with.

  • A screenshot of the app/game in question showing the offer details and its specific requirements for completion.

  • A screenshot of the “Ongoing" tab in TapJoy depicting the status of the games you are awaiting diamonds for.

 

❓I FOUND A MALICIOUS OR MISLEADING OFFER! (ie: Free Trial not really Free)❓

Our goal is to ensure all offers are as honest as possible for all Hemperors. So, if you encounter any offer that seem suspicious, misleading, or straight up malicious, please contact our Support team in-game with:

  • Name of the offer, and any relevant screenshots.

  • Description of why you believe the offer needs to be reported.

❓I AM RUNNING INTO THE “NO SURVEYS” ERROR. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN❓

When entering the Pawn Shop, if you quickly tap on the Tablet within 1-3 seconds, it may give this error message. If you hit OK then tap the Tablet in the Pawn Shop again, the survey screen should appear correctly.

If you’re still running into issues, please take a screenshot of the error if you can, and message our support team with the details.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We recommend not putting "random" info in your Profile, because you'll be asked to re-enter your info in some surveys, and if the answers don't match, you may not receive Diamonds for completing surveys.
