What’s the new area outside the Distribution Center?

A cool new feature we’re rewarding players for increasing their Enterprise Level are additional neighborhoods called Art Parks where you can showcase your new decorations and unlock new buildings such as townhouses! You will need to clear the debris in order to access it initially, but subsequent upgrades will unlock additional city item slots without requiring further debris to be cleared.

How do the Art Parks work?

Art Parks are tied to your Enterprise Distribution Center Level, and at certain milestones, you can unlock additional Art Park sections, meaning you’ll have more areas to decorate!

Be careful! Like we mentioned, your Art Parks are tied to your Enterprise DC Level, and  If you leave your Enterprise and/or join an Enterprise with a lower Enterprise DC Level, your Art Parks will revert back. You may not be able to place decorations on city item slots you had unlocked with a previous enterprise - but don’t worry, these decorations will go back into your storage when this happens! However, if you join an Enterprise with a higher Enterprise DC level, you could get the opportunity to unlock more Art Park sections!

UPDATE: The Art Park will now be unlocked entirely from the Distribution Center and not available as soon as you unlock the building, but rather, when you reach the proper level.

Up until you unlock your Parks through the Distribution Center, the map will show the area as an empty section with one statue visible. Once it is unlocked, the Art Park will now show you the one-time fixables and statues in the parks are now unlocked. Once you clean up the park and restore it to a fresher state, you’ll be able to unlock more city decorations.

As you unlock the Art Parks, you will have more opportunities to make your city look *just* the way you want it to. So have fun and get creative!

*NOTE: The Modern Art Park is the first neighborhood with more than one statue on display, however, only the main statue can be tapped to obtain networth.

What are Townhouses?

The townhouses are new Real Estate buildings that are unlocked in certain Art Park neighborhoods by progressing your Distribution Center, which will be earned from increasing your Individual Level to certain milestones. Similar to trailers and small houses, townhouses are able to be upgraded further after being unlocked to increase their cash rewards and city item slots around them.

Unlocking Townhouses and Townhouse Upgrades

Townhouses and their upgrades are unlocked by progressing through the Individual Reward flow in the Distribution Center. Once you’ve reached the required Individual Levels, you will receive permits which allow you to either unlock or upgrade a Townhouse. Unlocking Townhouse Permits grant ownership over one of the Townhouses, which each begin at the default level of one.

What are Townhouse Permits?

Townhouse Permits are used to upgrade each Townhouse. Townhouses and their upgrades persist regardless of whether or not you decide to leave your Enterprise or join another one, since all of your unlocks are linked to your Individual track.
