Overview:

A new building has joined town…The Distribution Center (also known as the “DC”)! This new feature allows players to complete tasks alongside the other members of their Enterprise - think of it like a shared Weed on Wheels. Score sweet rewards and permanent buffs both for yourself AND your Enterprise by completing tasks in this new building!

Where and when will I be able to unlock it?

The Distribution Center will now show up near the top of your town map! This new building is for players who are in an Enterprise, so remember to create or join an enterprise before trying to join! If you’re not an Enterprise member, you won’t be able to unlock the building at all and be stuck on this screen:

At first, the building has a lot to be desired as Handy Mandy still hasn't officially built it. To unlock it, players will need a Distribution Center Keycard - which you can earn by completing a deal line with Jimmy at level 18! When you complete all the tasks required, Jimmy will reward you with the Distribution Center Keycard:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you unlock the building with the keycard, you will not need to unlock it ever again. If you leave your Enterprise, the building will reset to look unbuilt again, but when you join another Enterprise, the building level will skip straight to the level that everyone in your new Enterprise is at.

What can you access through the Distribution Center?

As you can see through the image below, there are two main tabs in the Distribution Center screen: Tasks & Rewards.

Tasks tab

The Task tab is where you keep track of your Daily Tasks, Individual Tasks and Shared Tasks. It works just like Weed on Wheels and it shows you what products you need and how much you need. If you’re not up to the task of completing one of your Individual Tasks,  you can even refresh it by pressing the button on the top right of each Individual task.

Rewards Tab

In the Rewards Tab, you can see the list of rewards earned from increasing your Individual and Enterprise levels. It also shows you how much DC Experience you need to reach the next levels. It’ll keep track so you don’t have to!

How do I get rewards and Permanent buffs?

By completing new ongoing deals called “tasks” in the Distribution Center, of course! Tasks can either be completed on your own or with your Enterprise, depending on the type of task it is. Completing them means you get the standard cash and XP, but you also get a special new reward - DC Experience (Exp) points! Remember, DC Exp is NOT the same as player XP gained in other parts of the game.

What’s the difference between each task?

  • Individual Tasks* - These are tasks specifically for you and members of your Enterprise will not be able to see them. The first set of tasks of the day will be flagged as Daily and grant you bonus DC Exp points for completing them all! After you complete your daily tasks, Individual Tasks will grant you 1 DC Exp per task.

*These tasks will not ask you to produce anything you haven’t unlocked - products and buds alike!

  • Shared Tasks - These tasks ask for larger amounts of buds and products than individual tasks, because shared tasks allow everyone in your Enterprise to work on completing them together. Basically, it asks for more buds, so you need your ‘buds’ to help you out. The types of buds and products shared tasks ask for depend on what at least half of your active enterprise members have unlocked already - so if you see a task asking for something you can’t produce,  don’t worry - someone else will be able to help you out! You will still earn a portion of the shared rewards based on how much you contribute to a shared task, so help your teammates as much as you can!  Once a shared task is completed, EVERYONE on the team who contributed gets bonus DC Experience Points! After being completed, these tasks disappear for the day, but you’ll have more to tackle the next day.

IMPORTANT NOTE - While the two types of tasks are different, both types will apply their DC Experience to leveling up as both an Individual and as an Enterprise. For example, if you earn 10 DC Exp from an Individual Task, and 15 DC Exp from a Shared Task, then you're getting 25 DC Exp added to both your Enterprise Level and Individual Level.

After completing these tasks, you can now claim one-time rewards and PERMANENT buffs* with the sweet new DC Exp points you got! This means you level up in more ways than one:

  • Enterprise Level - The Distribution Center levels up based on the amount of points everyone in the Enterprise contributes from both Shared and Daily/Individual tasks. When you leave your Enterprise, you lose your Enterprise Level because you're no longer in an Enterprise. Because of that, your DC Building will revert, and any buffs you received from your Enterprise Level will be gone until you join a new Enterprise where you will match the other members' Enterprise Level.

  • Individual Level - your Individual Level increases based on how much DC Experience you’ve accrued from completing any of the tasks in the Distribution Center. Even if you leave your current team, individual DC Exp will follow you to any new Enterprise you join! Permanent buffs that go towards your Individual Level will also help you in future tasks completed in the Distribution Center.

*PLEASE NOTE: Permanent Buffs will fluctuate depending on the Enterprise Level you're on. These buffs will  alsonot be applied in certain areas of the game such as making sales in the Dispensary to prevent potential exploitation.

What happens when you level up your building?

When you level up your Distribution Center, your building will level up alongside your Enterprise, helping you progress towards the next Enterprise Level. But this isn’t the  only perk of leveling up your building - depending on which level milestone your building is at, the Distribution Center will get a fresh new look! Handy Mandy will be ready to give your Distribution Center its first round of renovations after you reach Level 10, so keep your eyes peeled then for a glow up!

Leveling up the building allows you to continue progressing towards the next Enterprise Level.
