We recommend waiting at least 15 minutes after an event ends to collect your rewards - if it's been an hour and they're still not there, please send support a message in game via "Options (gear icon on the Town screen) - Settings - Support - Contact Us" with your Enterprise name, and the place you came in so they can double check for ya and send your prizes over!
