First, to help prevent issues like this, please ensure you're playing on a strong internet connection and that your device has at least 4-5GB of free memory as any devices with less than this may have problems maintaining normal operation. This is standard maintenance for phones and tablets and not specific to Hempire.

Sometimes, after completing a task or event, a reward can be delayed because everyone is collecting at the same time. Please try the following steps:

1. Wait 30-60 minutes after the task or event.

2. Close and relaunch Hempire.

3. Re-enter the related building or event screen to see if the reward shows up.

If after trying the above, you still haven't received the reward, please contact our Support team via the message bubble in the top-right and let them know:

1. What the name of the event or task was.

2. What you were supposed to receive.

3. When the task or event completed.
